Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for information to update.

- South Korea: 1-3 business days
- Hong Kong: 1–3 business days
- China: 7 business days
- Taiwan: 7 business days
- Malaysia / Singapore: 5–10 business days
Please Note
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.
- Duties and taxes vary by country/region and will be calculated at checkout.
- Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
- International orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
- All prices displayed during shopping and checkout are shown in your selected local currency.
Tracking Orders
- When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain shipping details, your tracking number, and a link to track your package.
Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds & Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued for the product amount only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- If your order arrives damaged, please email cs@ampm.day with your order number and photos. Each case will be handled individually.
Cancellation Policy
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping details, items, and quantities are correct.
